When you go to bed and sleep decides how the next day of your life goes. If you go to sleep at 3:00 am, then you will wake up at 11:00 am. Of course, this also means that you are waking up a little bit tired. If you are working in a creative field, this can be bad for you as you are having trouble finding the next strategy or the next design that would be the winning combination for your job. If you are working in a physically labor-intensive job, you may be able to get away with this depending on how tired you are. However, if you are excessively tired, you could be putting yourself and your colleagues at risk. The best way to follow this model to the best outcome possible is to go to bed when the sun is down and to wake up with the sun.
